đŸ§©Â Your Role at Temper

Building, prioritizing, and executing strategic reactivation cadences

Targeting clients who have previously disengaged but still need free-flexers.

Understanding each client's unique needs and using your in-depth knowledge of our platform to convince them to return

🌈What Success Looks Like

Create an annual strategic plan to target and reactivate specific groups of clients.

Follow up on clients that reactivate themselves via the platform

Boost sales productivity by testing and refining various outreach strategies.

Explore alternative communication methods to re-engage clients.

Automate the reactivation process to reduce manual work and build a sustainable, long-term approach.

Keep Salesforce data up-to-date to ensure outreach efforts are based on accurate information.

The BD team consists of seven dynamic and dedicated colleagues. There are four business development managers, one reactivation manager, and two inbound sales representatives.

Our team culture is informal and collaborative, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy team activities and have fun together. At the same time, we hold each other accountable, especially during our Monday morning meetings where we set ambitious goals and track progress towards hitting our targets.

✅ Must-Haves

You’re at the start of your sales career, with a strong interest in learning sales techniques and a winning mentality.

Experience in one or more of our key verticals hospitality, retail, logistics, or facility.

Data centric, you use your analytical skills in order to optimize current sales flows which results in higher conversion rates.

Proficient in Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.

⭐ Nice-to-Haves

>1 year experience in sales

Experience as a BDR or SDR.

Knowledge about managing a pipeline, balancing onboarding clients, and reaching out to clients.

Knowledge about different sales methodologies (f.e. MEDDICC, SPICED or Challenger Sales)

Knowledge about Salesforce our CRM tool or Salesloft
