We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Quantitative Engineer to design and develop advanced systems supporting trading activities and quantitative research. This role involves building pricing tools, execution algorithms, and trading infrastructure while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders including traders, quants, product managers, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance tools and systems supporting trading operations, including:
• Derivatives pricing enhancements
• Execution algorithms and trading infrastructure
• New trading product development
•
• Contribute to the development of innovative financial products such as correlation exotics and volatility pricing models.
• Solve large-scale, complex technical problems with high performance and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate closely with quants, traders, product teams, and trade operations to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and system design decisions.
• Maintain high coding standards and support iterative product enhancements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with a low-level language such as C++ or Java is preferred.
• Basic understanding of UI frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and scalable architecture.
• Knowledge of derivative products, option pricing models, or risk management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, highly iterative development environment.
• Interest in working within an early-stage, product-driven setup.
