iScale Solutions works with technology companies to effectively scale their development, support and operations processes.

• This role is responsible for developing, executing and evaluating of software test plans.

• Review and analyze technical requirements, gain a thorough understanding of project scope and create a test plan that is aligned with the project parameters and goals.

• Develop and maintain test plan using approved software methodology guidance.

• Execute test plan using various testing methods, level and objectives.

• Assist with creating documentation such as test management plans, use case, test scenario template.

• Evaluate, troubleshoot and test the software repeatedly in order to detect all errors and bugs and recommend bug fixes.

• At least 4 years progressive experience in Software Testing.
• Demonstrated experience with analyzing requirements, executing and documenting tests and performing manual testing tool-driven testing scenarios.
• Experience with Web Application Testing, ERP Application
• Proven ability to take direction, but work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources.
• Automation experience (scripting) and Software Development is a PLUS
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas
