Job Description

We are looking for an Automation QA Test Lead having 8+ years of experience to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for becoming subject matter expert on the application, managing the off-shore QA team of 4 QAs, improve the quality of the off-shore QA deliverables and . In this role, you should have attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be directly working with the QA manager who is at on-site (California), and must have experience in handling teams and coordination with different stakeholders.

Job Description:

As a Lead QA Lead you will be responsible for:

• Integrating automation and testing into the CI/CD pipeline for both regression, functional and integration testing
• Provide hands-on validation using manual methods
• Managing and leading a team of QA Engineers and reporting to the QA Manager.
• Ensure data quality and integrity
• Interpret and analyze data problems
• Conceive, plan and prioritize data project
• Provide guidance on integration of Gitlab (CI/CD) with source code control tools like GTN/SV

Requirements:
• 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience for enterprise applications
• Hands on experience with Selenium, Java, Kotlin, Post manager
• Committed to team objectives and application quality
• Strong communication skills, and collaborative development environment
• Mastery of QA fundamentals and best practices
• Understanding and professional experience with QA automation frameworks and automated test case execution
• Familiarity with QA design patterns and anti-patterns
• Experience with concerns of application scale

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile methodologies
• SQL, RDS or noSQL
• Explicit monitoring
• Jira

Required Education
You have a BS in Computer Science or related field
