Title: QA Lead - Automation
Position Type: Contract
Location: Columbus, OH 43219

• This is a leadership position, so candidates must have Lead experience in Automation.

• Supervisory or management experience in some capacity is preferred, but not mandatory.

• This is primarily a supervisory/management role, and while they will need to leverage their technical skills, they would not be writing test scripts on a regular basis.

• Once full-time, this role will have direct reports.

• Must have recent experience setting up Ruby/Cucumber testing frameworks in multiple environments.

• Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be known as a leader.

• Must have experience managing a vendor engagement.

• Must have experience, and preference for, working in a fast paced agile environment.
