We are looking for a QA Engineer (mid–senior level) to own and elevate our quality assurance processes within the Family Governance team. You will play a hands-on role in designing, implementing and automating tests across our systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of every release.

This is an opportunity to join a growing fintech startup at a pivotal stage - building something meaningful from the ground up while shaping our QA culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain automated test frameworks across web and backend systems

Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies including functional, regression, and performance testing

Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

Identify, document, and track defects — ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement

Participate in code reviews and contribute to QA best practices and process optimization

Support ongoing QA tool evaluation and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and coverage.

Test Automation: Playwright, Jest, ViTest, Allure, TestOps

Backend Testing: Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, Jest, ViTest

Frontend Testing: Jest, Creevey, StoryTest

Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker

CI/CD & DevOps: GitHub Actions, Terraform, ArgoCD

What We Are Looking For:

4+ years in software QA, with strong exposure to automation and modern testing tools

Solid knowledge of test automation (Playwright, Jest, ViTest or similar) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, JMeter)

Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building reliable, secure, high-quality software

Comfortable working in a distributed team environment and engaging across departments

Clear, structured communicator with excellent written and spoken English, and Russian at working professional capacity.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in similar industries

Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing or test automation frameworks

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and/or DevOps methodologies.
