QA Automation Lead Engineer

Tech Firefly is teaming up with an American multinational tech company that specializes in Internet services and products. This is a great opportunity for motivated candidates to use their QA Automation skills for one of the biggest companies in the world.

We are looking for an QA Automation Lead Engineer having 7+ years of experience to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for becoming subject matter expert on the application, managing the QA team and improve the quality of the off-shore QA deliverables. In this role, you should have attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be directly working with the QA manager who is at on-site (California), and must have experience in handling teams and coordination with different stakeholders.

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

• B.Tech (technical concentration preferable)
• Minimum of 3+ years of QA automation experience
• Experience of operating within and leading cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, product management, sales, implementation)
• Enjoys working autonomously as well as collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google development tools experience.
• Superior problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent relationship building, collaboration, strong communication, project management and analytical skills required
• Able to succeed despite high levels of ambiguity
• Capable of speaking to both technical and business stakeholders and users

QA Automation Engineer Technical Skills:

• Java/ Python
• Selenium Web driver
• Plan Test Strategy/Design Test cases
• Version control
• Bug tracking
• Kubernetes (Preferable)
