We are looking for an experienced Mobile QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality mobile applications through a blend of manual and automation testing. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring reliability, performance, and usability across mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to validate features, automate test coverage, and continuously improve quality standards within an agile development environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual functional testing for mobile applications to ensure feature accuracy and usability
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation test scripts using Appium
• Convert manual test cases into robust and reusable automated test scripts
• Execute automated and manual tests on cloud-based device farms such as BrowserStack, SauceLabs, or LambdaTest
• Conduct API testing to validate backend integrations and data flow
• Perform database validation using basic SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue management tools, ensuring clear root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing
• Contribute to improving QA processes, test coverage, and overall product quality

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years focused on mobile application testing
• Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies
• Solid proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for writing and maintaining automation scripts
• Practical experience using Appium for mobile automation across platforms
• Experience executing tests on cloud device testing platforms
• Good understanding of API testing concepts and tools
• Working knowledge of database testing and basic SQL queries
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and defect tracking tools such as Git, JIRA, Jenkins, or similar
• Strong debugging skills with an analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced development environments and take ownership of quality outcomes
