We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with a strong background in mobile application testing and automation. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of mobile applications and supporting backend systems. You will work across the testing lifecycle—combining manual validation with automated testing—to help deliver reliable, high-quality products in a fast-paced development environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual functional testing for mobile applications to validate features, usability, and performance
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation test scripts using Appium
• Convert detailed manual test cases into efficient, reusable automated test scripts
• Perform testing on cloud-based device platforms such as BrowserStack, SauceLabs, or LambdaTest
• Conduct API testing to validate integrations and data flow between systems
• Perform database validation using basic SQL queries to ensure data accuracy
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools, including detailed root-cause analysis
• Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to verify fixes and improve test coverage
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery
• Contribute to improving QA processes, testing strategies, and overall product quality

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 2+ years focused on mobile testing
• Strong hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for writing and maintaining automation scripts
• Practical experience using Appium for mobile automation testing
• Experience working with cloud-based device testing platforms
• Solid understanding of API testing concepts and tools
• Working knowledge of database testing using basic SQL queries
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, GitHub, JIRA, Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions
• Strong analytical, debugging, and defect-reporting skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams
