QA ANALYST

Essential Functions

• Perform all aspects of testing including smoke test, functional, system, and regression tests
• Create, Run and Maintain Selenium and Visual Studio Coded UI automation scripts
• Work with cross-functional team testing fixes
• Log, track, and verify defects concisely
• Manage multiple QA environments across multiple customer configurations and product versions
• Administer issue-tracking software
• Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand functional requirements to create comprehensive test cases
• Familiar with SQL – creating and executing queries, etc.
• Practical hands-on experience with automation tools, ideally with the HP suite of QA tools
• Participate in cross-functional team investigating and resolving Level II Support issues
• Participate in cross-functional team to prepare software for deployment
• Coordinate with part-time/off-site QA team members

Education and Work Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent and 4+ years of hands-on software testing experience
• Strong problem solving skills
• Highly motivated with ability to work independently as well as be a strong team player
• Ability to step up in a fast paced environment and be accountable
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize/manage time
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Extensive Knowledge of EDIM and/or other ED EMRs a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
• High level of computer proficiency
• Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
