Au sein de l’équipe juridique, le/la stagiaire interviendra en support sur les missions suivantes :

• Contrats et distribution

• Participation à la rédaction et à la négociation de contrats (distribution, licence, partenariat)

• Relecture et analyse de clauses contractuelles

2. Conformité et corporate

• Contribution au programme de mise en conformité (loi Sapin II)

• Participation aux sujets de gouvernance

3. Propriété intellectuelle et nouvelles technologies

• Rédaction et relecture de contrats liés aux droits d’auteur, aux marques, au droit à l’image, aux logiciels et à l’IA

• Suivi du portefeuille de marques et noms de domaine (recherches d’antériorité, dépôts, renouvellements)

• Rédaction de supports internes (guides, fiches pratiques, présentations)

4. Veille et documentation

• Réalisation d’une veille juridique hebdomadaire (IP, tech, droit des affaires)

• Recherches documentaires et rédaction de notes d’analyse

5. Support transversal

• Assistance à l’équipe juridique sur les besoins des départements opérationnels (studios, publishing, marketing)
