职责

• 支持业务发展活动，包括客户会议协调、安排和跟进

• 为高级利益相关者准备会议材料、会议记录和内部摘要

• 协助管理客户入驻后勤和会议后事项

• 在内部团队（产品、法律、运营）之间协调，以支持客户请求

• 跟踪业务发展管道、客户关系管理系统更新和关键运营工作流

• 支持一般业务运营、报告和临时项目

• 必要时参加在香港的客户会议

• 帮助确保日常业务和运营任务的顺利执行

资格

• 财务、商业、经济、工程或相关领域的本科学位或应届毕业生

• 对金融市场、数字资产或区块链技术有浓厚兴趣

• 英语和中文（粤语和/或普通话）的清晰沟通能力

• 注重细节，有条理，能够处理多个任务

• 愿意参加客户会议并在快节奏的环境中工作

• 在加密领域有实习或项目经验者优先

• 对资本市场、基金或结构性产品有基本了解

• 熟悉去中心化金融（DeFi）、稳定币或代币化等加密概念
