We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage two parallel initiatives focused on Observability and Automation, along with ongoing ServiceNow enhancements. The role requires strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with updating and tracking programs in the ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Observability and Automation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality adherence.
• Plan, track, and update project milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials within the ServiceNow SPM module.
• Drive ServiceNow platform enhancements in collaboration with platform owners, developers, and operations teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, DevOps, SRE, automation, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure effective governance, reporting, and executive-level status updates.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies proactively and implement mitigation plans.
• Align project outcomes with business objectives and IT transformation goals.Ensure compliance with organizational project management and SDLC standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing complex IT / Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically SPM / PPM modules (Project, Program, Portfolio updates).
• Solid understanding of Observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing platforms) and Automation initiatives (IT automation, workflow automation, DevOps automation).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working in Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall delivery models.
• Proven ability to manage delivery across globally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification.
• Prior experience with ServiceNow enhancements or platform transformation programs.
• Exposure to IT Operations, SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering initiatives.
