About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will be an expert in delivering projects to exacting client specifications, timeframes and within Savanta's quality standards. The role requires a well-organised and detail-orientated individual who can comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Sampling online surveys using multiple sampling platforms available to Savanta. The role will require sample link set ups, quota management throughout the fieldwork period, and reconciling projects in a timely manner
Working collaboratively to deliver projects that meet client's needs within prescribed timeframes
Adhering to 'Right First Time' policy for quality control and accuracy; always striving for perfection and best practice
Simultaneously managing multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality controls are upheld
Working independently on projects when required and collaborating as a strong team member
Assisting others when workloads require and embracing Savanta's brand values
Core Skills:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience of sampling using an internal sample platform, or experience sampling via an exchange platform
Knowledge of quota management, fieldwork management including client contact and troubleshooting issues with re-directs and IDs along with re-contact setups
Proven ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects for on-time delivery
Advanced English language communication skills - both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with people at different levels in various locations globally (clients and colleagues, junior and senior, technical and non-technical)
Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical problem-solving mindset
Open to work in US EST/CST/PST hours and weekends when needed
About You:
You’re curious, organised, and keen to learn. You don’t need to know everything already—but you do bring energy, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to build a career in research operations.
You’ll bring:
Any graduate (B.Tech/MCA preferred)
2 to 3 years' of using Exchange platforms without any supervision
Proven ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple projects for on-time delivery
Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with people at different levels in various locations globally (clients and colleagues, junior and senior, technical and non-technical)
Adaptable and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced, growing environment
Willingness to commit to occasional extended hours to meet goals
Exceptional attention to detail with an analytical problem-solving mindset
Strong numeracy skills
With most of the team based in the US, excellent command of English, both written and verbal and working in US hours is essential.
