Join our team and play a key role in leading high-impact strategic projects across our network of 20+ factories-projects - From launching new factories and forging strategic partnerships to designing sophisticated production lines and accelerating automation and process innovation.

You’ll make an impact

You work closely with senior management to identify and drive the projects that matter most for our growth.
You lead global programs and take full ownership of high-impact projects from start to finish, delivering on scope, timelines, and budgets.
You focus on measurable business impact, proactively handle risks, and uphold the highest quality standards.
You align diverse, intercultural teams and external partners to achieve seamless execution.
You deliver one strategic project after another, building expertise and influence across the organization.
You gain deep business insight, expand your network, and position yourself for future leadership roles.
Your defining qualities

You have several years of experience in leading large-scale, factory-related projects, and experience in factory digitalization, logistics, and automation.
You have many years of experience in consulting or similar strategic/operational roles within a manufacturing environment, and a master’s degree.
You have validated international and intercultural project experience, and advanced project management skills, ideally with agile experience, e.g., SAFe.
You have strong leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills and an entrepreneurial mentality with resilience and results orientation.
Experience in building AI agents, applying machine learning models, and leveraging AI-driven analytics for operational excellence is a plus.
Willingness to travel regularly to our global factory sites complete your profile.
