Ser el nexo clave entre clientes y equipo interno, liderando proyectos de email marketing y automatización, con mirada estratégica, foco en performance y mentalidad de crecimiento.

🛠️ Qué vas a hacer

Gestionar cuentas y proyectos end-to-end

Planificar y seguir campañas y flujos automatizados

Traducir objetivos del cliente en planes accionables

Analizar métricas y proponer mejoras continuas

Presentar resultados y defender propuestas

Detectar oportunidades de upselling y expansión de cuentas

📩 Lo que necesitás saber

Email marketing y lifecycle (onboarding, activación, retención, etc.)

Plataformas de automation tipo Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Attentive u otras

KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversión, retención, LTV

Manejo de clientes, proyectos y varios frentes a la vez
