The Program Manager, Lead oversees and drives complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful delivery across the organization. This role operates at both the portfolio and people leadership level, directly managing two Program Managers while serving as the central point of coordination for internal stakeholders and Strategic Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of multiple, high-impact strategic programs

• Align program objectives with company strategy and long-term goals
Oversee delivery across Strategic Accounts and enterprise initiatives

• Lead, coach, and develop two Program Managers

• Set execution standards, priorities, and performance expectations

• Serve as primary escalation point for delivery challenges

• Act as the primary liaison between customers, project teams, and senior leadership

• Drive expectation alignment, communication, and executive visibility

• Ensure customers and internal teams meet delivery commitments

• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and conflicts

• Own KPI tracking, dashboards, and program health reporting

• Design and improve program management processes and governance

• Identify workflow gaps and implement scalable solutions

• Continuously improve delivery efficiency and execution quality

• Portfolio-level program leadership

• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies

• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management

• People leadership and team development

• Risk mitigation and change management

• Cross-functional influence and conflict resolution

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field

• PMP preferred

• 5+ years of Program Management experience in a software or cybersecurity environment

• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience

• Strategic thinker with ability to align execution to business objectives

• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

• Strong technical acumen with ability to understand cybersecurity workflows
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management

• Ability to manage shifting priorities and competing demands

• Strong stakeholder communication at all levels

• Customer advocate mindset

• High urgency, resilience, and ownership mentality
