Resumen del Rol

Buscamos un Professional Infrastructure Analyst (20857) con experiencia en administración de entornos Microsoft (MECM/SCCM), responsable de gestionar, optimizar y asegurar plataformas de endpoint management. Tendrás un rol clave en la automatización, despliegue de sistemas y cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad.

Responsabilidades y Funciones

• Administrar infraestructura MECM/SCCM (Primary Sites, Distribution Points, etc.).

• Diseñar y ejecutar despliegues de sistemas operativos (OSD, Task Sequences).

• Gestionar despliegue de software, parches y actualizaciones.

• Administrar inventario, cumplimiento y configuraciones de dispositivos.

• Implementar políticas de seguridad y hardening en endpoints.

• Automatizar procesos mediante PowerShell, WMI y SQL.

• Monitorear la salud de la plataforma y generar reportes operativos.

• Participar en arquitecturas híbridas (SCCM–Intune).

• Brindar soporte nivel 2 y 3 en incidentes relacionados.

• Documentar configuraciones, procesos y arquitecturas.

Requisitos y Habilidades

• +3 años de experiencia en gestión de plataformas de dispositivos o identidad.

• Experiencia en Microsoft MECM / SCCM.

• Conocimiento en despliegue de software, OS deployment y patch management.

• Experiencia en automatización con PowerShell (deseable).

• Conocimiento en seguridad, compliance y gestión de accesos.

• Familiaridad con herramientas como Microsoft Defender, Purview o Compliance Manager.

• Capacidad para generar reportes técnicos y dashboards.

• Experiencia trabajando en entornos ágiles.
