Product Engineer | AI for CAD/CAE Automation

What You Will Do

You will design and build specialized AI agents capable of autonomously setting up engineering and design workflows.

You will:

• Develop and maintain AI agents with tailored retrieval, planning, memory, and reasoning components to support engineering workflows.

• Work across the stack to prototype and refine user–agent interactions, ensuring practical and intuitive collaboration for engineers.

• Set up and maintain a rigorous evaluation and benchmark environment, incl. defining fitness metrics, setting up monitoring and tests.

• Build automated data engineering pipelines to collect and curate engineering knowledge.

Who You Are

In particular, you bring:

• Experience building automations combining parametric CAD, direct 3D programming and numerical solvers.

• Python and full-stack software engineering skills, with a strong system understanding.

• Experience building agents requiring specialized context, custom tools and complex reasoning schemes.
