Summary

The Process Automation Manager will play a crucial role in conducting process reviews, collaborating with end users and business partners to identify and implement improvements, providing user support, maintaining documentation, and driving efficiency enhancements. This role includes ownership of Service Titan process enablement, configuration alignment, and collaboration on system integrations to ensure standardized, scalable, and compliant business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular process reviews to ensure compliance with standardized business processes and identify gaps between documented processes and system execution.

• Collaborate with end users to gather feedback and identify opportunities for process and Service Titan workflow improvements.

• Lead project intake discussions to assess business needs, scope, Service Titan impact, and cross-functional dependencies.

• Provide functional user support and guidance related to Service Titan workflows, configurations, and process usage.

• Maintain accurate documentation mapping business processes to Service Titan workflows for audit and operational continuity.

• Implement efficiency improvements by optimizing Service Titan configurations and leveraging native automation capabilities.

• Perform assessments of manual business processes to identify automation and standardization opportunities.

• Continually identify new business processes suitable for automation within Service Titan.

• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Technology, and external partners to consult on integrations between Service Titan and other enterprise platforms.

• Ensure integrations support standardized processes, compliance requirements, reporting accuracy, and scalability.

• Participate in integration intake, discovery, and post-implementation validation to ensure successful adoption.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, and automation

• Hands-on experience managing and supporting Service Titan and other comparable field-service platforms

• Experience translating business processes into system configurations and workflows

• Proven ability to document processes, support users, and drive enterprise adoption

• Outstanding proficiency in Excel

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus

• Knowledge of Service Titan workflows, configuration logic, and system dependencies

• Ability to balance standardization with operational flexibility
