Job Title: Product Assistant
Department: AXNY Home (Bedding & Bath)
Location: New York, NY (On-site)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Assistant to support our production, sales, and design teams. This role is ideal for someone highly organized with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a passion for home textiles.

Responsibilities

* Support product production processes from concept through delivery

* Coordinate sample requests and track production samples through approval

* Partner with Sales, Design, and Production teams to ensure calendar adherence and accurate product information

* Open incoming packages and log samples and materials into daily WIP tracking charts

* Digitally and physically file all approvals and production documentation

* Work closely with the Sales team to collect, track, and ensure timely communication of buyer comments and approvals

* Communicate with overseas factories to track production status, timelines, and deliveries

* Assist in maintaining artwork and packaging specifications

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

* Clear written and verbal communication skills

* Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative

* Interest in textile production and product development preferred

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $65k – $70k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
