Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence and Supplier Collaboration team in Auburn or Everett WA.
This role supports BCA Supply Chain contract requirements related to the access, distribution, exchange, and receipt of engineering data by the BCA supplier base.
The successful candidate will help manage and improve the processing of engineering product definition data, including drawings, documents, parts lists, and specifications, while supporting the maintenance of Keep Up To Date (KUTD) requirements for suppliers and partners. This position plays a key role in enabling efficient, compliant, and customer-focused information distribution across the BCA supplier network.
Job Description:
The Procurement Analyst will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze current-state processes, and develop opportunities for automation, analytics, and improved data distribution workflows. The role requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.
This position supports strategic initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and documentation distribution, with a focus on process simplification, system integration, export compliance, and supplier satisfaction.
This position is required to be on site in Auburn, or Everett WA 5 days a week.
Position Responsibilities:
Partner with BCA stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize automation, analytics, and data distribution opportunities.
Assess current-state business processes to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement through data, AI, automation, and analytics.
Facilitate discovery workshops with business and technical partners to define problems, quantify value, and scope solutions.
Manage intake, qualification, and prioritization of improvement requests, ensuring business alignment, clear value, and executive sponsorship.
Analyze business processes, systems, and data to define requirements, identify opportunities, and support solution design.
Develop process maps, data visualizations, and performance metrics to support decision-making and measure impact.
Lead cross-functional Lean and process improvement efforts to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
Support project coordination and implementation activities to help drive timely delivery of business improvements.
Develop training materials and support adoption of improved processes and tools.
Manage distribution of engineering product definition data.
Ensure export compliance requirements are followed for supplier and partner distribution.
Provide system support as needed.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 10+ years of experience in Supplier Management / Supply Chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as LEAN or Value Stream Mapping.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to service level performance.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort working with systems, data, and process documentation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and/or non-standard shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 10+ experience leading or supporting process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in a supply chain or operations environment
• Familiarity with project management practices, including intake, planning, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination
• Experience using analytics, visualization, and UX principles to improve business processes, communicate insights, and support user-friendly solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred

Summary pay range: $125,700- $146,600
