THE ROLE

Join us in reshaping the data storage industry by driving global process transformation. You will be instrumental in optimizing and automating Invoicing and Revenue Accounting to support our innovative hybrid business model. This high-impact role partners across the organization to implement scalable, efficient, and compliant end-to-end process enhancements. WHAT YOU'LL DO


Lead transformative change in Invoicing and Revenue Accounting processes globally, championing automation and efficiency improvements.


Design and implement end-to-end process enhancements using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, focusing on scalability and operational excellence.


Collaborate cross-functionally to understand, document, and continuously refine policies and workflows supporting our hybrid business model.


Drive the adoption of AI and RPA tools for tasks like invoice review, contract analysis, and real-time monitoring of process health metrics.


Act as a project manager for key initiatives, including new ERP and Contract Lifecycle Management implementations, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING


5+ years of experience in Billing, Revenue Operations, or Revenue Accounting, specifically with Hardware, Software, or SaaS models.


Proven success in driving automation and large-scale process transformation initiatives.


Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement experience is required (Green Belt certification preferred).


Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process mapping, and cross-functional project management.


Strong working knowledge of ERP and billing systems (e.g., Zuora, SAP, NetSuite) and experience applying AI/RPA in finance operations.

• Lead process improvement initiatives within the Revenue Accounting function, ensuring end-to-end compliance with ASC 606 and driving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$94,000—$143,000 USD
