Gestion du transfert des pièces de rechange de DV vers Kénitra, ainsi qu’à la mise en application du processus de gestion de l’ensemble des pièces sous MHF avec l’usine.

Suivre et s’assurer que les spare parts sont identifiées, commandées, et stockées avec un suivi pour s’assurer qu’il y a toujours le nombre nécessaire en place.

• Identification et consolidation du besoin en pièces de rechange
• Gestion du conditionnement et des documents douaniers (pièces dual-use)
• Suivi du dédouanement
• Réception sur site et élaborer une synthèse de l’état des stocks pour les trois lignes d’usinage• Suivi de la mise en référence
• Suivi des demandes d’achat
• Suivi des ouvertures de contrats
• Mise en place de KPI pour chaque étape avec trajectoire cible, ...
