At Dream Sports AI, we are pushing the boundaries of what is possible in sports experience. We are the team behind Rushline, a product where the game loop is driven by intelligent systems rather than static scripts. We are looking for builders who want to work at the bleeding edge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning. We have successfully laid the groundwork for Rushline’s intelligent core. This includes building robust pipelines for rich sports data, deploying predictive models, and publishing research at top-tier conferences such as AAAI that validates our approach to complex game theory and optimization.

We are now hiring to tackle the complex challenges of the next evolution of Rushline:
Next-Gen Simulation: moving from basic forecasting to complex, state-aware agent behaviors.
Generative Immersion: Utilizing LLMs and GenAI to create hyper-personalized game narratives and visual assets on the fly.
Scale & Strategy: Optimizing inference for real-time decision-making in high-concurrency environments

Your Role::
• Lead design and deployment of production ML/AI systems: drive architecture, data pipelines, model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management at scale
• Advance LLM-based AI solutions: lead design, fine-tuning, evaluation, and productionization of systems using LLMs (e.g., RAG, copilots, classifiers, agents)
• Own ML platform and service excellence: architect robust, scalable APIs and infrastructure with best-in-class monitoring, observability, and CI/CD for ML
• Drive technical strategy and cross-team initiatives: align ML efforts with business goals, ensure delivery rigor, and set long-term direction for impactful programs
• Define and uphold engineering and ML standards: ensure reproducibility, model governance, safe deployment, and ethical AI practices across teams
• Mentor senior engineers and influence org-wide practices: grow technical leadership, share expertise, and raise the bar on system design and ML craft

Qualifiers::
• 8+ years of experience building and scaling ML systems in production
• Expert in Python; proficient with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude for code)
• Deep hands-on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow at scale
• Strong with distributed compute frameworks (Spark, Ray, Dask)
• Mentors senior engineers; influences org-wide ML strategy and practices
• Track record of publications, patents, or open-source contributions in ML/AI
