Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Principal I, Product Management (Tech) to build intelligent systems that solve availability and efficiency challenges across diverse retail supply chain scenarios. This role demands strong quantitative thinking and process orientation, pushing the boundaries of operational excellence at scale. You will act as a critical bridge between Engineering and Business — designing experiments, establishing measurements, and creating feedback loops that enable systems to learn continuously.
By diving deep into supply chain operations and leveraging domain knowledge, you will conceptualize transformative solutions that eliminate inefficiencies and redefine how retail supply chains operate. You will incorporate Data Science and Engineering into domain insights to design intelligent solutions or rethink processes entirely.

What You Will Do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for automated supply chain solutions

• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to build systems that learn, adapt, and optimize continuously

• Define success metrics and run hypothesis-driven experiments to validate solutions and drive measurable impact

• Translate complex supply chain challenges into data-driven, scalable solutions

• Align stakeholders and leadership on priorities and deliverables

• Manage product backlog and ensure timely execution against business objectives

• Continuously iterate and improve products to achieve operational excellence

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Optimization

• Proven experience in technology or tech product management

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex supply chain problems

• Effective written and spoken communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS/MBA)

• Rich product management experience, with a proven track record of owning product vision, roadmap, and execution for complex systems

• Planning experience for inventory across categories, including strategies to secure and optimize inventory health (prevent out-of-stock and minimize excess inventory)

• Experience driving Optimization Products, leveraging AI/ML, Data Science models, or statistical models to solve supply chain challenges

• Familiarity with ERP/SCM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA

• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL)

• Background in digital supply chain environments or large-scale e-commerce

Document Return Policy

• A job applicant who wishes to request the return of his/her hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above should fill out a “Request for Return of Hiring Documents” [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and submit It by email ([email protected]). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. Please be informed that the job applicant is required to pay the postage on the registered mail.

• In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process. If no request is made until the end of this period, all his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

• The above paragraphs 1 - 4 shall only apply when the labor-related laws of Korea govern the application. They are otherwise not applicable.
