Job description:
Integrated within the Group’s Communications Department and reporting to the Head of External Communications France–Benelux, you will primarily support PR and editorial communications activities. Your main responsibilities will include: Press tools creation and updates: drafting press releases and press kits, preparing and updating media lists, producing presentations and benchmarks. Press relations: following up with journalists on targeted topics, preparing tailored press reviews, supporting and organizing press events. Editorial content writing for LinkedIn in both French and English. Identifying relevant awards, rankings, and competitions for the Group and its various business units. Public relations: preparing materials for our spokespeople ahead of interviews and external speaking engagements. Continuous monitoring of news, trends, and potential opportunities for commentary, along with the development of ad-hoc content. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of media coverage and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

MUST HAVE skills:
You are currently completing a higher education program (Master’s level / Bac+4-5) in communications, journalism, business school,... You have prior experience in communications, gained either in a PR agency or within a company’s PR/Communications department. You possess excellent writing skills and are autonomous, proactive, creative, and able to build strong, constructive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. have a strong interest in both traditional and emerging French media. You are French speaking. Fluency in English is essential (a significant portion of written and spoken communication will be in English). You have solid proficiency in standard office tools (Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Canva is a plus. You are available for 6 months, starting January 2026.
