Overview of Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI). This role is critical for automating workflows, building robust business applications, and delivering impactful data-driven insights that drive organizational efficiency and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

PowerApps Development

•
Design and develop responsive Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.

•
Integrate applications with Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, and other data sources.

•
Implement custom logic.

•
Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

•
Power Automate

•
Build and optimize Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows (RPA), and Business Process Flows to streamline operations.

•
Automate integrations across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party services.

•
Monitor and troubleshoot flow performance, including error handling.

•
Power BI

•
Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports.

•
Create data models, DAX calculations, and KPIs.

•
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and performance optimization standards in reporting solutions.

•
Collaboration & Leadership

•
Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

•
Provide mentorship to junior developers on best practices.

•
Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience

•
Core Platform Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

•
Application Development: Strong expertise in Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps development.

•
Automation: Expertise in Power Automate Flows (cloud, desktop/RPA, and approval workflows).

•
Reporting: Strong skills in Power BI dashboarding, DAX calculations, and data modeling.

•
Integration: Experience integrating Power Platform with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and APIs.

•
Governance & Security: Knowledge of Power Platform governance, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), solution management, security models, role-based access, and data policies.

•
Foundational Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

•
Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and AI Builder.

•
Familiarity with custom connectors.

•
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

•
Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) or PL-600 (Solution Architect) certification.
