What You'll Do:

We are looking for a Platform Automation Engineer (DevOps) to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled team, contributing to cutting-edge technology initiatives and driving automation across our platforms.

• Lead the development and maintenance of platform automation, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and workflow automation.
• Develop and maintain platform automation, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Unix/Linux, CI/CD pipelines, and supporting automation.
• Own end-to-end automation of processes for technical and delivery functions within the UK&I region, ensuring stability and regular refreshes.
• Work with other teams to develop and maintain ServiceNow forms for self-service and automation.
• Collaborate with product owners and internal teams to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency of delivery.

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of experience with automation toolsets such as Terraform, Ansible, Postman, Bruno, and Git
• Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, YAML, Git, Python
• Experience with ServiceNow development and integration
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Harness) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS)
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and ITIL processes
• Experience communicating updates and resolutions to customers and other partners.
