About the Team

Our People Team doesn’t do HR in the traditional sense. We are here to build the infrastructure that allows a fast-moving, independent company to scale without losing its soul. We’re currently solving the challenge of maintaining a cohesive, high-energy culture across our global teams while automating the manual grit out of our processes.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage our suite of people products, creating automations that replace manual tasks and let the team focus on high-value work.

• Create systems that sharpen our unique culture, ensuring the employee experience aligns with our 2025 people strategy.

• Navigate the complexities of labor regulations across Europe, the US, and India to keep our global operations seamless and compliant.

• Design and oversee the entire employee journey, from the moment someone joins to the day they move on, including performance and time-off.

• Scale our benefits and compensation administration, ensuring payroll runs like clockwork across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.

• Launch insight-driven initiatives by using data to identify bottlenecks and improve how we support our people.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure our people operations reflect our identity as a worldly, London-born brand.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in People Operations within a fast-paced environment where you’ve had to own outcomes and drive change.

• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, preferring useful and direct solutions over complex, jargon-heavy policies.

• An obsession with excellence and detail, ensuring that even the most routine payroll or compliance task is executed perfectly.

• Data-oriented mindset with the ability to turn raw numbers into clear, actionable insights for the leadership team.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to launch initiatives in complex, global environments without breaking momentum.

• World-class organisational and communication skills, with the ability to speak plainly and with intention to anyone in the business.

• A global mindset that allows you to adapt to different cultural contexts while staying true to our point of view.

How We Work

We build better tech by moving fast. That speed demands direct collaboration and shared creative energy. We believe the best work happens when we're together.

• Location: London (Kings Cross & Farringdon offices).

• Working Pattern: This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we’re all in the same room.

• Commute: We ask that you live within a 60-minute commute of your home office location.
