If you’re a data enthusiast who believes that AI and automation are the keys to unlocking human potential, we want to meet you. We are looking for a People Analytics & Solutions Partner to join Reach and help us transition from traditional reporting to high-tech, automated storytelling.

In this role you won't just follow a process you will build the future of it. You’ll be at the heart of our People Data & Analytics team, using cutting-edge tools to shape decision-making for the UK’s largest commercial publisher.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Data Storytelling & Visualisation: You’ll deep-dive into people data to craft stunning Tableau dashboards and high-impact slides. Your goal is to turn complex HR metrics (recruitment, retention, absence) into clear, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders.

• AI-Driven Problem Solving: You will continually explore and implement AI tools (like Gemini) to improve processes, identify trends, and solve complex organizational problems.

• Automation & App Building: We want you to identify repetitive manual tasks and transform them through automation. You’ll lead the charge in using AI for coding and explore how to build intuitive internal apps that make the employee experience smoother for everyone.

• Beta-Testing the Future: You will be our resident "Tech Scout," constantly testing new software and AI features to see how they can give our People team an edge.

• Strategic Collaboration: You’ll partner with HR and department leads to identify data needs, ensuring data integrity while creating innovative, automated solutions that inspire action.

• The Data Foundation: You will act as the primary data supplier to our Workforce Planning Analyst. Ensuring our data pipelines are clean, structured, and accurate, to align our "Operational Data" (what we have) with our "Strategic Data" (what we need), providing the solid foundation required for future modeling.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

A Collaborative Data Guardian: You have a sharp eye for data integrity and a passion for building clean pipelines. You enjoy working closely with specialist partners to ensure that raw information is high-quality, reliable, and ready to be transformed into strategic insights.

Data Storytelling & Visualisation: You love digging into the "why" behind the numbers. You can take a complex spreadsheet and transform it into a "great deck," using Tableau and high-impact slides to tell stories that get people excited.

AI-First Thinking: You don’t just use AI; you experiment with it. You’re keen to use tools like Gemini to help write code, summarise insights, and find the most efficient way to get things done.

An Innovative Spirit: You’re naturally proactive and don't need all the answers on day one. Whether it’s learning a new coding language through AI or finding ways to make our data work harder, you’re always looking for a "better way."

Tech Curiosity: You stay ahead of the curve with the latest digital trends and have a genuine interest in testing new software and automation tools to sharpen your technical edge.
