We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused coordinator to manage cleaning bookings and provide weekend operational support (Saturday & Sunday), plus an additional half-day during the week to meet and liaise with the Operations Manager.
You’ll manage cleaning bookings end-to-end — allocating cleaners, confirming client appointments, tracking payments, updating systems, and ensuring every job runs smoothly. You’ll be the central point of communication between clients, cleaners, recruitment, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Allocate cleaners and arrange backup cover
• Confirm schedules and communicate with clients and cleaners
• Monitor payments and booking status
• Manage changes, cancellations, and last-minute replacements
• Track daily job progress and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/scheduling systems
