What We are looking for

As a Paid Social Specialist at Novibet, you will lead the execution and optimization of paid social media campaigns across platforms. Your role will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with broader marketing objectives. This role demands exceptional creativity, keen attention to detail, and the ability to think and act swiftly in response to events that influence our business. Familiarity with the gambling industry is considered an advantage.

What You Will Work On

• Design, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across global markets and multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Leverage advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to reach and engage audiences internationally
• Test and iterate creatives, ad copy, and formats to maximize
• Utilize data and analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, etc.) to measure performance and identify insights
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations and reports for leadership and stakeholders
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of algorithm changes, platform innovations, and content best practices
• Collaborate with creative, content, and regional marketing teams to ensure localized relevance and campaign effectiveness
• Explore opportunities in paid social automation to enhance efficiency and scalability

What You Bring

• BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MSc is an asset
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple international markets
• Proven expertise with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and ideally exposure to programmatic buying platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into creative strategy
• Balance of data-driven precision and creative intuition, with deep understanding of content, context, and audience psychology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects across time zones
• Strong collaboration skills with both creative and performance-oriented teams
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to stay ahead of digital and platform evolutions
