About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Design Apprentice to support our Senior Packaging Designer on client projects. In this role, you will assist in the development of packaging concepts and visual assets, contributing to the design process from research and ideation to execution, prototyping, and production. You will also support 3D explorations and physical creative setups, making this a hands-on opportunity to work across both digital and tangible design.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Packaging Designer in the creation of packaging concepts and visual designs

Assist in developing layouts, mockups, and dielines for packaging projects

Contribute to 3D mockups, prototyping, and 3D printing experiments

Assist in the preparation and execution of physical mockups and creative/art setups for presentations or shoots

Adapt designs according to client briefs, brand guidelines, and technical constraints

Prepare and organize files for print and production

Participate in creative research, including materials, formats, finishes, and design trends

Help create client presentations and visual proposals

Ensure consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables

Assist with revisions and updates based on client and internal feedback

Profile

Currently enrolled in a design or creative program (Bac+2 to Bac+5)

Strong interest in packaging design, physical design, and creative experimentation

Interest or basic knowledge in 3D tools, prototyping, or 3D printing is a strong plus

Sensitivity to materials, textures, and physical environments

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Knowledge of dielines and packaging structures is a plus

Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to learn

Ability to follow direction and iterate quickly
