OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Be Doing
Hunt for new business daily with no reliance on inbound leads
Get in front of decision-makers through calls, visits, and persistence
Run your territory like it is your business
Build, manage, and aggressively advance your pipeline
Quote fast, follow up faster, and close with urgency
Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed deal
Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions that win repeat business

250+ outbound activities per week including calls, emails, and meetings
Relentless daily prospecting that is non-negotiable
Quotes turned around in hours, not days
Immediate follow-up on every opportunity

Lead Flow and Support
We have a dedicated marketing team that generates inbound opportunities and supports brand awareness across the market.

What You Bring
3+ years of B2B sales experience, industrial or technical preferred
Proven track record of exceeding quota, not just hitting it
Strong closing ability with urgency in deals
Experience managing a territory and pipeline independently
CRM discipline using HubSpot or similar tools
Comfortable in a high-activity, performance-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary plus uncapped commission with no ceiling on earnings
Typical earnings range from $100,000 to $140,000+, with top performers exceeding that
