We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Call Centre Sales Agent to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with US-based business owners, qualify opportunities, and guide them through the funding process in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling (150–200+ dials daily) to engage potential business clients
• Confidently handle objections and maintain control of conversations with decision-makers
• Identify business needs quickly and position suitable funding solutions
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline through effective qualification and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems in real time
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or high-volume cold calling environments
• Excellent verbal communication with a clear, confident, neutral English accent
• Strong objection handling, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to consistently perform at 150–200+ dials per day in a fast-paced environment
• High energy, motivated, and resilient with the ability to maintain performance under pressure
• Exposure to UK or US markets is highly advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with accurate CRM and pipeline management
• Fully committed to on-site work and US-aligned hours
