As we expand, our Order Management & Operations (OMO) team is central to ensuring seamless order processing, billing, and compliance. We are seeking an experienced Order Management Manager to support the team in optimizing the order-to-cash processes, drive automation, and support scalable growth across our global operations.


What to expect:
At Maltego, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders from initiation to completion. You will collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales Development, Customer Success, Business Systems, and Business Intelligence to guarantee that customers receive accurate quotes, proposals, and contract information in a timely manner.

• Oversee the entire order management process, from initial subscription management to invoice generation and license delivery.
• Ensure all customer information is accurately maintained in the CRM system and company guidelines are consistently enforced.
• Review and set up sales orders to ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
• Track the status of customer orders and support clients throughout the fulfillment and renewal process.
• Coordinate with global support teams to facilitate seamless communication and issue resolution across all functions.
• Guarantee the timely delivery of invoices and software licenses to customers.
• Support the inside sales team and manage accounts throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Your profile in short:
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in order management, operations, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, billing, and subscription management.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems 
 (e.g., Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite, CPQ is a plus) 
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in driving process improvements.
• Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Hands-on, self-organized, and excited by challenging environments.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally in international teams.
