Ops Systems Specialist (Fully Remote)

We’re looking for a hands-on systems builder who thrives on creating scalable operational infrastructure. In this role, you’ll design and optimize CRMs, automation workflows, and dashboards that directly support revenue operations and company growth.

Requirements:
What You’ll Do

• Help manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Support the creation and upkeep of dashboards and reports in Google Sheets to track sales and performance
• Assist with setting up and monitoring simple automations using tools like Zapier or Make
• Keep company data organized and accurate across systems
• Help troubleshoot workflow issues and support improvements to existing processes
• Work with the team to improve efficiency and streamline internal operations

Who You Are (Must-Haves)

• Some experience working with business tools such as CRMs, spreadsheets, or automation platforms
• Comfortable using Google Sheets (formulas, basic dashboards, data organization)
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on keeping data accurate
• Able to follow processes and work independently when needed
• Interested in learning how operational systems and workflows work inside a growing company

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, or Notion
• Exposure to automation tools like Zapier or Make
• Experience supporting operations, sales, or marketing teams
• Curiosity about improving processes and systems
