Are you highly organised, detail‑driven, and motivated by keeping complex operations running smoothly? Our Planning & Resource Team (PRT) plays a vital role in taking new schemes from contract engagement through to full operation, overseeing commissioning, equipment maintenance, and the seamless setup of new programmes.
As an Operations Support Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of this process. You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support that ensures the team has accurate information, reliable documentation, and well‑maintained systems. Your work will underpin strong governance, financial alignment, and GDPR‑compliant data management, helping the team deliver consistently high‑quality operational outcomes.

Location and working hours:
Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day between 08:00 and 17:30
Office location: Stuart House, Peterborough (PE1 5DD) with flexibility to work
Required skills and attributes:
Proven experience as an office administrative assistant
Proficient in MS Office. Specifically operating at a minimum level of intermediate Excel skills, and comfortable using Outlook, Word and Teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise work
Benefits:
Salary: £24,664.50 per annum.
