Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an Operations Analytics to improve how we operationalize our business. You will be based onsite at our Jakarta office, reporting to the Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage all data infrastructure and dashboards related to ID Merchant, ensuring accurate, accessible, and applicable reporting.
• Create automation solutions to guide business excellence and improve operational workflows for greater efficiency.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities, create insights, and support strategic, data-driven decision-making.
• Perform fuzzy matching analysis

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data science, or data analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficient in advanced SQL, Python, Power BI, and other relevant dashboard or automation tools.
• Capability to break down complex problems into data-driven, applicable solutions.
