• Analyze complex, multi-source data to uncover business opportunities, identify operational enhancements, and develop strategic solutions that drive organizational growth.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across internal workflows and processes, leveraging technology to reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and free up organizational capacity for higher-impact work.
• Partner with Management and cross-departmental leads to streamline and elevate operational workflows in alignment with Codal's best practices.
• Translate data into actionable insights by conducting comparative analyses, presenting key findings to leadership, and championing well-informed solutions and strategies.
• Monitor Codal's project portfolio and internal systems by tracking key metrics, identifying emerging trends, and delivering forward-thinking recommendations grounded in historical performance.
• Own the end-to-end creation and execution of monthly departmental and office budget reports — surfacing trends, forecasting financial spend, and presenting actuals to key stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce cost analysis policies and procedures, guiding the organization toward more disciplined and efficient financial decision-making.
• Strengthen financial health by rigorously analyzing results, monitoring variances, and proactively identifying trends that impact the organization's bottom line.
• Reconcile and support the processing of monthly expense reports against bank statements, ensuring full compliance with Codal's company policies.
• Own and manage Codal's vendor contracts and subscriptions across the full lifecycle — including renewals, negotiations, utilization tracking, and internal database management.
• Conduct regular audits of internal systems to ensure ongoing compliance and adherence to Codal's operational best practices.
Skills & Requirements:
• 4+ years of Operations experience, a Financial-oriented background is preferred
• Intermediate to advanced in Excel & previous analytical experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking skills & ability to create solutions backed by data
