Your Mission:
Depending on your background and interests, your responsibilities may include:

• Designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions within the Atlassian toolchain

• Supporting and advising internal teams or clients on best practices and process improvements

• Customizing workflows, automations, and integrations to fit business needs

• Acting as a bridge between business and IT, translating requirements into scalable solutions

• Driving continuous improvement in collaboration, agile workflows, and tool usage

• Contributing to IT projects in areas like system administration, consulting, or development

Your Profile:
• Experience working with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) in a professional environment

• Background in IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable field

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Hands-on mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and tools

• Experience in administration, consulting, or development within the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams

• Fluent in English
