Office & Team Assistant (m/f/d)

The Role:
We’re looking for an organised and motivated Office & Team Assistant (m/f/d) to help ensure smooth daily office operations and a welcoming atmosphere for our team and guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on and organised - from preparing meeting rooms and arranging catering to greeting guests and taking care of daily office routines. 
 
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact at the office and support with administrative and organisational tasks across teams.

To join our team, you should be excited to:• Prepare and tidy up meeting rooms, ensuring everything is ready for internal and external meetings 
• Coordinate catering, refreshments, and other event logistics 
• Welcome guests and manage incoming calls and correspondence 
• Maintain office organisation, and handle mail and deliveries, including post runs 
• Support with the People & Office Management team on daily tasks and projects

Your Profile:
• You have gained a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, in team support, or coordinator roles 
• Friendly, service-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset 
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in multitasking 
• Confident using digital tools (MS Teams, Outlook, etc) 
• Comfortable speaking in German and English (spoken and written)
