If your systems are sick, you need to know — before your users do.

Modern software runs across hundreds of interconnected services, cloud platforms, and microservices. When something slows down or breaks, finding the cause used to mean digging through thousands of logs for hours.

Observability is the practice of giving systems a built-in "nervous system" — continuously collecting metrics, traces, and logs so engineers can see exactly what is happening inside any application, at any moment. Working with state-of-the-art enterprise platforms, you will go beyond passive monitoring: AI-powered engines perform root cause analysis automatically, pinpointing not just that something is wrong, but precisely why — in seconds. You will learn to instrument systems, build intelligent dashboards, and help enterprises run their digital infrastructure with full confidence and control.

AI & Agentic AI 🤖

The next frontier is autonomous operations: AI agents that don't just detect anomalies but act on them — auto-remediating incidents, predicting failures before they happen, and continuously optimizing system performance without human intervention. You'll work with platforms leading this transformation.
