Certifications in SCOM or SCCM
Ø Automation and Orchestration also desirable.
Ø Administer projects requiring implementation of CA Unicenter Solutions
Ø Responsible for Requirement gathering, Configuration & Administration of CA Solutions
Ø Daily administrative functions for CA Unicenter products
Ø Interact with customer and understand new requirements
Ø Database Management of CA Applications. Schedule database backup & optimize database performance
Ø Disaster recovery planning and execution
Ø Troubleshooting & Maintenance of CA Products
Ø Technical documentation & knowledge transfer
Ø Installing the DSM, Spectrum and ehealth for server monitoring.
Ø Discovering the Vcenter in Spectrum and ehealth for monitoring and reporting.
Ø Integrating the Spectrum with service-desk ,and configuring the different
Ø Provide ‘Continuous Improvement’ for L1/2 operations: For example: Identify tasks that could be automated, weaknesses in the existing solution
Ø Participate with solution release and maintenance patch deployment
Ø Adhere to technical compliance with AXA Tech standards (CMMI, Secured Enterprise Network)
Ø Assist with the maintenance processes to ensure operational integrity of monitoring tools technical platform
