If you're excited to work at the cutting edge of product design, applied ML research, and MLOps, then go ahead and apply! With us, you'll build products with direct user feedback, train AI models with real data, and ship new features to production every day.

🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

• Take ownership for the full lifecycle of our models: design, training, evaluation, and deployment of our deep learning models in the space of speech recognition and NLP

• Build and continuously improve deep learning models for speech recognition and natural language understanding that power our core product and help thousand of users

• Develop and run large-scale self-supervised training pipelines, as well as low-latency inference systems for mobile devices

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

• Several years production experience with Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch)

• Experience in NLP and Transformer-based models

• Solid software engineering mindset: clean code, GitOps, Flux, kb8s are second nature to you

• You speak business fluent English (C1 minimum) to communicate effectively with our team and customers

• Nice to have: German or French language skills
