ML Engineer (Digital Sales)

In 2025, they introduced a next-generation AI sales agent that combines agentic AI with proven sales psychology. The solution leads customer conversations, provides personalized advice, handles objections, and guides users toward purchase decisions-bridging the gap between in-store and online sales.

Project Description

The project is a cutting-edge GenAI sales assistant. You will be instrumental in researching, modeling, and building AI-driven features that power intelligent, personalized user interactions. The work spans NLP- and LLM-based model development, deployment, optimization, and continuous performance improvement in production environments.

What You'll Do

• Develop, train, and deploy ML and AI models with a strong focus on NLP and language understanding;

• Write production-grade Python code and deploy AI systems to production;

• Build, iterate, and optimize models using PyTorch and related frameworks;

• Productionize models in AWS, including GPU-accelerated workloads;

• Implement intelligent guardrails to protect users, products, and customers;

• Collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, product teams, and stakeholders;

• Explore and apply advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning and LLM fine-tuning;

• Define and track meaningful performance metrics for AI-powered features;

• Maintain documentation and actively share knowledge;

• Respond to ML system alerts during working hours;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, including deploying models to production;

• Strong proficiency in production-grade Python;

• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn);

• Solid background in NLP, including embeddings, LLMs, entity and intent recognition;

• Experience with agentic AI and RAG;

• Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI or Django;

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, ECR) and GPU acceleration;

• Understanding of microservices-based system design;

• Excellent communication skills;

• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher;
