MIS Executive - Gurugram (Contractual)

As we continue to expand our operations in North India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a motivated & driven To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven MIS Executive - Gurugram (Contractual).

About the role

• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using Excel and Power BI to monitor key operational metrics and KPIs.

• Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and provide valuable insights for stakeholders.

• Collect, clean, and analyse operational data to generate meaningful insights for the operations team.

• Present insights through dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

• Use advanced Excel functions, Power BI DAX, and Power Query for automation and optimization.

• Collaborate with the operations team to identify reporting requirements and develop automated solutions.

• Work closely with the operations team to understand data requirements and provide tailored reporting solutions.

• Act as a key point of contact for reporting-related queries and data requests.

• Ensure alignment between operational goals and reporting deliverables.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field,

• 2-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field,

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization),

• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and Power Query,

• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting (VBA, Power Automate) is a plus,

• You are fluent in English and Hindi.

• You are communicative and a team player.
