Middle AI Engineer

AI lab is a service provider of AI-driven products and solutions for various industries. We are dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance business operations and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

We are hiring a Computer Vision AI Engineer to join our applied AI team focused on building and deploying vision-based AI solutions for real-world applications. You will be responsible for implementing computer vision models and pipelines under the guidance of tech leads, contributing to commercial AI projects involving image/video analysis, object detection, and visual understanding systems.

Location: Hanoi office 5th Floor, Zodiac Building, 19 Duy Tan, Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Hanoi.

• Follow and implement computer vision solutions as defined by technical leadership.
• Develop and optimize deep learning models for image and video processing tasks such as object detection, classification, segmentation, and tracking.
• Build data pipelines and training workflows for computer vision models.
• Integrate computer vision models into production environments and backend services.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, and system reliability in production.
• Contribute to client-facing commercial AI projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Computer Vision or Deep Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
• Solid understanding of computer vision techniques and deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers for vision).
• Experience with image processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Familiarity with OpenCV or similar computer vision libraries.
• A good team player and problem solver.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong command of English (verbal and written).
• Experience with advanced vision models (e.g., YOLO, Detectron2, Segment Anything...).
• Experience with model optimization, inference acceleration, and edge deployment.
• Backend development skills including: FastAPI, Docker, Git, AWS.
