Our client is seeking a Mid-level Developer. The Mid-Level Developer will support the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions to improve operational efficiency across the organization. This role works closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand workflows, contribute to solution development, and assist in maintaining and optimizing automation tools.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow technical skills while contributing to meaningful process improvements. This role requires the ability to balance independent work with team collaboration while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Contribute to the design and development of automated solutions using scripting languages, APIs, and automation tools.
• Support integration of automation solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Test and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Maintain and update existing automation scripts and tools with guidance from senior team members.
• Document processes, workflows, and solutions clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in automation and development.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in software development, automation, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms).
• Basic experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Experience with AthenaHealth EHR and Go High Level systems is a plus.
